Glorified Rice

We always made this salad at Thanksgiving :o)

2 cups cooked rice
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
96 mini marshmallows (I use the colored ones)
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients except the whipped cream and let stand for an hour (or overnight). Fold in the cream just before serving. Garnish with cherries or pineapple slices.
